Our community is so amazing!!! Families are getting the okay to return home and a lot of our boarders have gone. We still have an abundance of donations ranging from dogfood, cat food, treats. Litter, kennels, puppy pads and more.
*** For families and residents of the recent fires***
If you or someone you know could benefit from any of these donations please stop by and pick some up. You don’t have to be a client or have boarded your pet with us.
What doesn’t get picked up will go to shelters/ rescues in need.
Look at Mrs. T, she looks so happy with her greens! Everyone at Abby Pet Hospital are still so overwhelmed with joy by all the donations from our community to help all displaced pets. At this time we are completely full on dog food, blankets, towels, and kennels. We are running out of storage in the hospital. Fresh fruits, veggies and greens are always welcome for this young lady as those do not stay fresh as long. Huge thank you to everyone who has donated. Our Venmo is still available if you are being pulled to help and many other organizations are still looking for items as well. We will be updating on the use of all Venmo donations as well. #weareinthistogether #CreekFire #vetmed
Rosie and everyone at Abby Pet Hospital would like to thank you for all donations!!! We are at max capacity on the intake of animals but still would like to assist in helping anyone that needs housing for any fur, hairless, scaled and tailed member of the family. Please reach out to us. Donations came in all day and we are stock piled with several things. Things we could still use are bleach, towels, fruits and veggies for the 125lb tortoise and Mrs. Rosie, dish soap, garbage bags and any Venmo donations are always welcome. We plan to give back as well. If any families that have been displaced and were able to stay somewhere with their pets we would like to help you out as well. If you need blankets, dog food, towels or a crate please reach out to us and if we don’t have it we will assist in getting it. Thank you again and together we will get through this. 🐽

Most of our evacuated boarders were able to return home ❤️
We are now seeing families with pets who have suffered deep devastation and do not have the funds to medically treat their loved ones.
In order to help these families, Abby Pet Hospital is still accepting monetary donations that will go towards medical care and necessities for these animals in need 🐾
This is Buddy boy🐾
He was brought to us by a Good Samaritan after he was struck by a car yesterday morning. He unfortunately does not have a microchip and we have been unable to locate his owners. He has the sweetest temperament considering his ordeal. We have taken x-rays to make sure nothing is broken, clipped and disinfected his wounds and have started him on antibiotics and pain medications/anti inflammatories. He has suffered some extensive nerve damage to his left arm and will most likely need an amputation in the near future. He was covered in dirt and ticks from head to toe so we gave him a good bath and some flea/tick medication. We will continue to care for him and give him the medical attention he needs. If you would like to donate towards his care you can donate to our personal Venmo, Dr. Collins @Abby-Pet-Hospital-471, by personal check or monetary donations ❤️❤️❤️ Any and all help is GREATLY appreciated by all of us here at Abby and from Buddy!!! 🐾
Please feel free to share his post ☺️

This is Bobby! Bobby came to Abby Pet with a fractured right front leg and major road rash. Today is bitter sweet for the staff because after 2 long months of cast changes, days spent in the hospital and sleeping in different technican homes (which he loved) Bobby is off to Oregon to have a second chance for a great life.
We are able to do things like this because of people in the community who donate to help save lives. Thank you to everyone for your continued support and to our doctors who dedicate extra time in their already full schedule to help these babies. Everyone send best wishes to Bobby on his new adventure at finding a loving home.
If you want to donate to help animals like Bobby you can call Abby Pet Hospital and donate to Abby’s Angel fund or look for Abby Pet Hospital on Venmo. 💗🐶

All of us here at Abby would like to thank all the rescues and shelters that have helped us here recently with the care and rehoming of displaced pets taken in by staff at our facility. We look forward to continuing these relationships as we drive more into the world of rescue. Abby is in the very beginning stages of applying for a 501c.

Did you know Abby Pet Hospital has an Angel Fund account?
During the creek fires we created an Angel Fund to help displaced or injured pets from the fires. It went so well we decided to start up our own Foundation. Due to Covid we have not worked out all the kinks into obtaining the 501c(3) but it is in the works. Its a passion project that's been a long time coming. We would not have been able to do it without the love and compassion from our staff and members in our community. So Thank you!
As of right now our Angel fund only accepts donations in the form of Venmo, Check, or Cash.
Stay Safe and as always we Thank you!
For the safety of our clients and staff we have closed our doors to the public. When you arrive for your appointment please call or text 559-442-1127. We expect to see a major increase in our call volume and at times you may not be able to get through the first time. We want to thank everyone who continues to be patient with us as we navigate business during this spike. We are maintaining normal business hours and will continue to be here for you and your pets needs.
Calling in for refills of your pets prescription during this time can be extremely stressful. For faster service and your refill mailed directly to your home, don't forget to try our online pharmacy. Abby Pet Hospital is excited to continue helping rescued pets with medical treatment in 2021. In 2020 we were able to help so many pets have a second chance at a good life.
We worked closely with rescues who take in pets that need medical treatment before being placed into foster homes, or even better, forever homes! We will continue those relationships this year and do what we can to save more lives.
Our Venmo is still available for donations so that we can continue giving these pets the medical care they need before sending them to their rescues.
Here are the precious babies your generous donations went to in 2020.
LETS SAVE MORE IN 2021.
**All pets in pictures were placed into rescues (mostly in Oregon) and have found wonderful homes**
